Bright Star: If you could share one good news story about how Ichicraft Boards has made a difference, what would it be and why?
Ichicraft: VIRO is an international engineering firm with around 900 employees across 13 locations. They were working with a dated intranet and fragmented information spread over multiple systems, which made daily work slower than it needed to be. With Ichicraft Boards they created a single digital front door that employees open at the start of the day, in the browser and inside Microsoft Teams. Tasks from AFAS, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Recruitee are brought together in one overview, search is unified across the Knowledge Portal and SharePoint content, and news sits alongside the tools people use most. The impact is clear. Employees find what they need faster, switch less, engage more with company updates and save clicks that add up across the organisation. It is a practical example of how Ichicraft Boards improves clarity, productivity and employee experience.
