Bright Star: If you could share one good news story where TrueDEM made a difference, which would it be, and why?
panagenda: A recent example saw a large enterprise with a global remote sales team faced with a sudden rise in the number of Teams calls being dropped mid-call. This severely impacted their customer engagements. Traditional tools provided no insights, other than “poor network quality,” but offered no solution or insight into what networks were affected. Using TrueDEM’s detailed call & network analytics, they quickly identified that the issue was a recent network change that had already been implemented on several of their networks. The detailed reporting not only accurately pinpointed the affected networks but showed the moment the issue started having an effect on calls.

By providing the info needed to identify the impacted networks, they were able to resolve the issue quickly and restore high-value sales productivity.
