Microsoft Partner Content Scaler

A single demand generation campaign, built around paid media so it meets Microsoft’s new Co-op rules

Microsoft now expects a paid element at the centre of any claimable campaign. The Content Scaler takes one service or sector focus and builds a coherent set of assets around it, boosted on LinkedIn, so your sales team gets content it can use and your claim gets the evidence it needs.

For many Microsoft Partners, the offer is clear. Making it land in sales conversations is the harder task. If you have a strong Microsoft proposition and need a coherent set of assets to support sales, plus the paid activity to make your Co-op claim stick, the Content Scaler is built for that.

What we deliver

A package of Microsoft-aligned demand generation assets for a single campaign, planned and executed around one service or sector focus, with paid LinkedIn boosting to anchor the Co-op claim:

  • a coordinated set of live assets for your website and LinkedIn
  • content your sales team can reuse
  • boosted LinkedIn activity and an end-of-month execution report

The exact content mix is agreed up front, based on your offer, specialism and existing sales material. It could include:

  • Thought-leader blogs (top-of-funnel / myth-buster / mid-funnel)
  • A case study (proof content)
  • A landing page plus a downloadable
  • Social posts and social graphics, boosted on LinkedIn

How the paid boosting works

Microsoft’s rules now expect a paid element at the centre of a claimable campaign. The simplest way to meet that is to boost the organic content we’ve already created for you, on LinkedIn. Here’s how we run it:

☑️ You add your card to your own LinkedIn ad account and add us as a user. LinkedIn lets us manage your ad account without sharing logins, and we never see your card details.
☑️ You set a budget limit, so you stay in control of the spend.
☑️ We run the boosting against your campaign content and, at the end of each month, pull the platform report.
☑️ The spend sits on your card as your own direct expense. The report we hand you evidences the paid activity for your Co-op claim. You keep control of the spend and your card details never leave your own account. Microsoft gets a clean paper trail.

How delivery works

You’ll have a single point of contact throughout, who will:

  • conduct an in-depth discovery to confirm focus, target audience and tone of voice
  • align messaging to Microsoft demand generation expectations
  • coordinate all content production so it’s delivered on time
  • set up and manage the LinkedIn boosting and provide your monthly report
Microsoft funding awareness

We deliver content that’s targeted, compliant and fit to be claimed, now with the paid-media anchor the rules require. You also have access to our strategic Microsoft Partner Specialists in the UK or US, who work alongside you to make sure Microsoft solution and workload requirements are met and clearly represented, and that common eligibility and wording issues are avoided. They’ll help your Co-op claim get approved as quickly as possible.
